Each scan is one batched API call per grid, not one call per cell — still, larger grids cost more of your daily Open-Meteo quota. Cell color is coarser than the underlying weather models (~1–2 km temp/wind centrally in Europe, ~11 km CAMS air quality) — treat it as indicative, not a point forecast.
